I love Brussels Sprouts. We have them at least once weekly and I never really make them the same way twice.
My basic recipe is as follows:
Saute onion in coconut oil. Add the brussels sprouts, season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cook until crunchy. Reduce heat and cover with a lid until they are the tenderness that you like.
Variations: add bacon with the onion before adding sprouts
Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar before putting the lid on and/or add some fresh cranberries
